Live Like a Toddler:
Encouraging the Educator Explorer
Toddlers are exploratory, risk takers, and imaginative. This training is an encouraging and uplifting session for all educators and administrators alike. As adults sometimes forget the importance of play, laughter, and risk taking, toddlers are the masters of these practices. During this session, educators are encouraged to reimagine their dreams, dare to create something new and exciting in their classrooms, and tap into a new zeal of joy for the field of early childhood education and more.

Developing Shared and Trusted Leadership in School-Community Partnerships
When families, communities, and schools unite, the only outcome for children is success. This training is geared towards early care and education professionals, school teachers, community-based organization leaders, and before and aftercare program teachers. Participants will be engaged to consider the various community and school resources to link them to families and children.
Participants will learn how to establish shared visions and goals with their partnering agencies and families. Learning the art of collaboration creates new and rewarding opportunities for children and families. It takes a village to raise a child, and through this training, participants become more aware of their role in the village.​​
